SugarCRM
SugarCRM  offers extensive customization, but is very complex. It comes in a (free!) self-hosted open source Community edition, but management of the application requires specialized expertise.  The hosted service is comparatively inexpensive per user, but requires the high minimum number of users. It also has fairly low storage limits.
The CRM feature set of SugarCRM is comparable to all leading CRMS but the user interface is not as intuitive, resulting in a steeper learning curve. The available support options are somewhat lacking unless you subscribe to the higher service tiers.
SugarCRM integrates nicely with Google Docs, MS Office files, and various email clients. But it does not offer native support for 3rd party integration, and the SugarExchange application store is not as advanced as Salesforce’s AppExchange.
The main benefits of SugarCRM are the free self-hosted edition and the extensive customization abilities, especially for organizations looking for something akin to an open source crm application. So if you need to host your own installation, SugarCRM is likely the best option.

OfficeCentral CRM
OfficeCentral CRM is one of the leading cloud CRM for the SMEs  in Malaysia. She has extensive features for the sales team. It include leads management, account management, potential management, KPI management, Quote and Invoice management, inventory management, Pricebook, Point of Sales, KPI management  and Distribution management.
It has many useful dashboards and reports. It is easy to use and intuitive.
One of the major advantage is the cloud solution and th availability of mobile apps for sales force.
However OfficeCentral is not strong in Marketing management and the Service Manaemnt.
